Home Partner is a family-owned company with over 10 years of experience. Originally focused on the sale of chalets, the business has since expanded into the renovation and rental management of properties in the Swiss Alps.

Our story
The company was founded when Thomas de Wit established Home Partner SA in February 2010 in La Tzoumaz.
The de Wit family has been present in the ski resorts in the 4 Valleys since the late 70’s. Originally motivated by continuing his passion of ski jumping, it is through the continued visits to La Tzoumaz that Thomas was inspired to invest in developing this ski resort. The adventure began with the purchase and success of his first business, the restaurant VITHO.
Following this, new ambition and opportunities lay ahead and the real estate agency, Home Partner SA was founded. Just a few years later, in 2015, the company increased its offering for current and potential buyers and sellers to include renovation and construction.
Since 2018, Home Partner SA has completed its portfolio of real estate services, following increasing demand and recognition of the ski resort, by setting up a short term rental business for chalets and apartments in the Swiss Alps. Originally concentrated on properties in La Tzoumaz, it has since grown to offer these services in other ares within the 4 Valleys, Anzère, Nendaz, Porte du Soleil.
A true family business, Home Partner SA and its projects are all run by a father and his two sons.
