This cosy one bedroom apartment in the center of La Tzoumaz was purchased through Home Partner with the intention of a full interior update.
The renovation was turn-key, Home Partner was asked to complete the redesign of the apartment following the purchase. The original structure and layout of the apartment was kept intact, all changes made were with the aim of modernising and creating a home within a small space.
We worked closely the clients and the individual trades during the renovation process, and significantly upgraded and redesigned many areas including the bathrooms, kitchen and electrical layout, especially the lighting scheme.
The finished property is meticulously designed with a contemporary twist on an alpine interior. The use of a mixture of old woods and modern finishes gave a new life to this tired apartment, adding value through design detailing without the high costs.
